How clean is the body?

Havent seen many 84's that are as clean as this one is. It has two minor bad spots. The first one is on the drivers side by the back tire, its just a little spot where its bubbled, and the second one is behind the drivers side back tire, where it is rusted through, but its smaller than a dime. Like I said, nothing major. Floor boards are all solid, and the hatch is solid as well.

Why are we selling it.... Good question. Money is tight right now, and sadly, she has to go. Not really looking for any trades, just need the cash.
