recommendations on a machine shop to freshen up some LSx heads?

if I don't find some fresh heads before winter, I'll be needing mine gone through, any recommendations on a shop? the basics, seals, guide work if needed, valve jo, etc., just basic freshen, it smokes like a freight train on startup
