Recommend a trans shop..

Rich @ Detroit Gearbox has done a few transmissions for me, 4T65-HD in my Pontiac Grand Prix gxp he built was bullet proof and lasted from 86k miles to the point when I sold it at 236k miles, he also built a killer 4l60e for a Camaro I purchased - best part was the communication on which direction I should go depending on the power I planned to make.

Great guy, great service and I will always return

Wow! What a testimony to have so many folks, so highly
recommend Detroit Gearbox – Rich.

I have never used this shop for a trans repair, but this thread has
convinced me that I have to at least check with Rich before
I take my trans needs anywhere else.

When a reputation speaks so loud & clear, that is a very good &
helpful thing, way to go Detroit Gearbox!

Unlike many other places, Rich will answer you by "E" mail or phone with a very detailed quote as he actually wants to do business with his customers.

I had him do a Ford 9" gear for me, so he isn't limited to just transmissions...

Just my .02....grr

Only because I didn't take the time to read through the above posts I'll apologize inadvance if it was already mentioned.

In case it wasn't brought up you should call Rich at Detroit Gearbox.
