Make sure you have a good belt, that's just as important as the holster IMO. Galco makes some pretty good ones, pricey though.

check here, i use one for my baby eagle. Nice and secure, those israelies know there stuff!

these are great i got one for my glock .30, and love it. Pops in place all the time easy in wasy out and comfortable. Im noy a fan of the thumb release tried it out feels like to much work then againif i ever had to pull out my gun i dont want to push a button

If you aren't going to wear a baggy shirt you aren't going to conceal an OWB holster. I don't mean loose fitting... I mean baggy. The only way you're going to properly conceal an OWB is wearing something like a button down shirt and leave it unbuttoned or something like a vest. (Tommy at FiringLine has a photographer vest that he takes out for classes to show cover garments... he calls it the "shoot me first" vest. :lol Try IWB. It's not as bad as you might think. With all of the guys around here with XD SCs, maybe you can borrow one to try out before you buy.
