Rebuilding the coupe!

sounds good. should be some nice parts. that donor looked clean...

Yep, it's some of the cleanest fox sheetmetal I've had my grimey hands on LOL. The front frame section is sold, but I still have the windshield cowl panel, the roof, and the complete left side quarter panel with the rocker and lower a-pillar still attached.

We ended up drilling out the tail light panel to use on my car. Mine is a bit tweaked on the right side, and we have PERFECT clean metal panels here, so it's gonna get swapped in too along with the right side quarter panel skin.

I just finished loading up the black car in the trailer to deliver tommorow for bodywork. I'll get some new pictures up soon. I am SO glad stuff is starting to come together now! Thanks for all the support.

wow man nice car before the wreck looks like you have a good start at getting it back to what it was. any idea how fast you were going when it hit the wall?

Coming along nicely Joe. Now I just need to talk you into one of those 88mm turbos that Quicklx is running.

Joe I need pictures to get my fix :(

Alright, I finally got a few new pictures for you today :icon_razz.

We stripped the donor car of the right rear quarter and tail light panel and got them cleaned up. The fuel door was once again welded shut, and everything is test fit and appears to line up well! The new door has the lock filled like the old one, and the antenna hole is filled in the new fender. Mike is moving right along, I can't thank him enough for making things the way they used to be!

Looks great Joe. I'm sooo glad you didn't let this beat you. Can't wait to see it next summer.
