rear gear opinion for 8.8

Ok so my dad and I can't really decide if we want a 4.10 or 3.90 the cam we are going with is good up to 6500 and it will be somewhat street driven still the motor we have has an aod if that makes any difference also at some point we will be spraying it not huge probably 75-100 so what do you guys think?
 
200 for everything youll need to setup the gear. All ford stuff.
