Yea I ran into the door frame of the loading dock at the shop a few times. The dock was always slick so you had to hit it fast to make it up the ramp, and I cut the wheel a little late. lol didn't even dent the end tho. So I can only imagine the bang that made...

Picked these bad boys up from Eastern Market yesterday, rubbed em down and let them sit for a day in the fridge, then smoked em for about 6 hours over hickory. The people lucky enough to partake in this event told me I should open a restaurant :lol:
