54 chevy, all stock. Inline 6. This is more of a factory type resto.

He's talking about building a frame for it that will have an LS based motor and hell lay it in the weeds.

Not sure what the budget is, but if he is serious about getting it that low a custom full frame with IFS and a 4 link plus any type of bags or coil overs. I was just looking into this on Trucks or some other Powerblock show and the full frame with suspension and steering was under 10k which isnt all that bad.
