Race Star wheel/axle issue

Picked up a set of Race Star wheels last fall for for my car. These wheels are unilug style that utilizes the directional washers and hub centric rings. My issue being that my axles do not really have a hub that protrudes out of the brake rotor (9 inch rear end). This means the hubcentric rings really do nothing, as there is no way to center the wheels, and gives a vibration. Anyone have any ideas how I could take care of this?

I didn't use hubcentric rings on mine and had zero vibrations. Spin the wheel around as your tightening the lugs. Get them to somewhat seat the wheel by hand or slight force of a ratchet then go to final torque. I hated my uni lugs and sold them almost immediately.

This sounds crazy but I had to buy Racestar lug nuts. I used a set off of some Welds i used to have and the lug nuts had play inside of the holes. I bought some racestar ones and they fit perfectly inside of the lug stud holes and the vibration went away...
