Quick technical question...

I know this isnt the tech forum but i figure everyone reads here the most. Heres my problem, i have noticed that there is somthing pretty wrong with my rear suspension/ and or rear end. When i put it in reverse and back up lightly i notice almost like a breaking sound (really hard to describe) but it feels like somthing is breaking apart or moving like it shouldnt. If i gas it the least bit in reverse it sounds like i just broke somthing really bad, and same goes with hard up shifts, it scares me pretty bad now and i cannot figure it out. I have had it on a lift and visually checked everything and not found anything out of the ordinary so im lost right now, the rear end is a stock 95 Gt rear end ( i dont think this is the problem) and i have stock springs with some gabrial shocks and UPR pro street upper/lower control arms with poly urethane bushings.

Sounds like somthing in the rear end....like a broken gear tooth or i could even be your U-Joints. While you had it up on the hoist did you rotate the wheels?....Spinning them forward and in reverse? Both of them moving the same way like posi-traction? If you didn't........ do that and listen for noises.
