Quick question... Is TeePeeing a house illegal?

The neighbors house is always getting TP'ed, because the daughter is in cheerleading. It's "tradition" to do that.. blah blah blah...

Basically, my mom just said "keep you shit on your side" as she moved some TP that got on our property. Stupid mothers saying "they're just little kids.. blah blah blah"

Neighbors daughter sends a letter to the house. Not to appoligize for being loud or making a mess... but to basically said that she was embarassed and and to appoligize for my parents behavior to the child and their parents. The note was a bunch of BS IMO.

Yes, I used to TP peoples houses when I was in high school... We kept it quite and onto the persons property that we were TPing. Yes.. my house got TP'ed too. And yes.. the cops yelled at me when they caught my friends and I doing the same.

Just wondering, if it's illegal or anything. I sent the note back to my neighbors.. as it was very pointless. And I highly doubt the daughter wrote it.. I think her mom did. The mom is worse than my mom saying the word "shit" in front of 7-10 year olds. The mom yells at the kids all the time... "wish you were never born.... what about MEEEEEEE.. you never think about meeeeeeeeee!!" and we can hear her even with our windows closed.

Argh.. I hate people :pow: and my shitty spelling :)

It prolly is. The cops would prolly call this destruction of property or an act of vandilism...Thats my opinion.....I may be right I may be wrong! :dontknow:

YES it is illeagal, my little cousin who is like 13 is in a WORLD of shit for TP'ing her frineds house. Shes beein in and out of court, and is on probation for like a year. its fucking crazy how much shit she got into for that.

Was and still is part of the high school football tradition. Your cheerleader would come over the night before games and tp your house.
Your mom should just chill out about a little getting in your yard.
It's just good clean fun.:dontknow:
