I have a 2015 ram 2500 4x4.
I took the truck in for a few issues.
1. There is a issue with the trans 2-3 or 3-2 shifting. They could not find it. I also did not expect them to find it, as its only happened maybe 5 times in 25,000 miles.
2. The 4x4 is not working right. There is a binding when making even slight turns. This is while in 4x4 lock (4hi). They agree that there is an issues with the 4x4. The tech suspects it is something internally with the transfer case. I would think the warranty fix would be to R&R the T-case. They plan to remove the T-case, disassemble and look for a problem.
Is that normal?
