Quick photo edit needed

I want to print out a picture for my fathers birthday. However it is not sized correctly for an 8x10 so every time I attempt to crop it using the standard photo editing Meijer's Photo website provides it cuts part of the image out. Please post or PM me your email address if you can help and Ill email you the original file.
