Question for the computer/IT guys...

For some reason, Chase Bank's website won't load correctly on Mozilla Firefox (up to date)

See the picture below....any ideas how to fix or why it displays like this? It's gotta be a quick fix, that I am missing.

It works fine for me on 26. I'm not sure what add-ons or extensions you have so it's hard to say. You can try the basics of clearing the cache and cookies to see if that helps

I have the same problem with chase and firefox. I just use chrome now to log into chase

Unfortunately, I have already tried this. I also called Chase support, and they had no idea.

Works in Internet Explorer, but its annoying to use IE, when I have always used Firefox.

I just wondered if there is a simple solution that I am missing....

Any browser extensions you're using? No-script or Tampermonkey may cause issues like you're experiencing.
