question about front sway bar

i put a canton 7 quart pan on my cobra and didnt notice untill the other day that the front oil drain plug is slightly rubbing on the front sway bar,is there a way to bring the sway bar down just a little, like a inch i guess?
it probly wouldnt be rubbing but i have solid motor mounts on, and i think it drops the motor down a inch,is this a kit someone makes or do i have to find someone to fab something for me?if so does anyone know who would do this,(make a shim to go between the bracket and the frame)thanks for the info and the space in advance.........
