i have half a coil over kit, got the springs, sleeves, just needs the top retaining caps and thrust bearings.....

I have to QA1 front setup installed with coil overs. Everything seemed to fit & line up good and the only funky thing was grinding down the back bolt for the front control arms.
I bought a used set of bolts from ebay for around $20 so I had some extra tries in case I totally F'd up. The first bolt took a little while because I was doing the measure twice / cut once approach.
One I had the first working example done, getting the other one ground to match was cake.
Granted, I haven't driven the car yet because the motor is out, but it all seemed to go together well.
Also, I used 98 front spindles to convert to 5 lug and a pair of bushings from AFCO so the spindle + ball joint fit together properly.
