Put this motor in a 68 camaro last weekend (not my car)

my buddy dave had me come over and we spent a few hours dropping this thing in, let me tell you guys, this car is going to be killer, he already has a chopper he built entirely by himself that won the chopper class at autorama 2 years ago. this will be in next years autorama. enjoy the pics.

took these pics with my phone. the motor is a 1968 327, punched out to a 331, it has edelbrock heads on it, with hooker headers, it will be running side pipes (they look sweet as hell) everything on this car is second to none, tubular everything as far as suspension, qa1's on all four corners, built 700r4 it has a custom center console built by dave that is totally unique, i havent seen anything like it yet. it will be getting a new paintjob, and those arent the rims that will be one it. i cant wait to see it done.

i do, and i hate saying this, but he asked me not to put any pics of the console on here, i see notchrocket viewing the thread, he saw the pics when they were on my phone. he can vouch, it is very trick and it will look very very good, but sorry, i cant post them.
