Damn it didnt take you long to follow that up. So how fast have you gone on pump gas? Oh thats right you probly never tried or had the correct help. But I must have forgotten to "know my roll and shut my mouth" whoops my bad. I'll retract my statement sence the great Raj has spoken.

I drive about a 1k miles a year and use turbo blue from the pump. Of course it costs more then premium but it's more fun. Plus the extra octane doesn't hurt either from detonation.

I think it really depends on the combo. Since he said 351w "based" Id imagine this motor is gonna be over 400 cubes. You go to 11:1 you arent gonna have a problem running low 10's high 9's on motor as long as the heads and cam are correct.

If he plans on just going fast on motor it really all depends on his goals, but if he wants to spray it, then either run a stand alone fuel system with a cell just for race gas(if he is gonna spray big ie 175 or more). Other then that I dont see the need to do it. I still dont know why I did it to be honest. My camshaft is pretty agrressive and my compression is about 12.5:1. If I had to do it all over again(which I will) pump gas all the way. I do run pump gas on the street, I just keep my foot out of it, lol or atleast try to.

I see no point in running race gas on the street if you dont have to, its just a waste of $$$. It might smell good, but I dont drive behind my car, lol

PFS- No need to turn this thread into the drama that you love so much. I don't play with pump gas because I think it's stupid. My post accurately reflected my opinion on the question that was asked.

p.s.
Your car runs as well as you spell, you semi-literate little bitch.

Rob those Cobra wheels look KILLER on your car. I've always had a soft spot for them, but that color sets them off perfect!

For the 1000 miles you drive I'd run race gas. Screw it. Since it's only a 1000 miles you can afford to run it and gain some performance.

I do like the idea of pump gas, but I want to run e85. That shit is really cool. Someday when I have $$$ to throw away I'll upgrade to it. :D

It's nice to see Raj and PFM talking again :D

I'll never understand why people think its so cool to go faster on pump gas then Race?

Can someone explain to me why?

Why not just build it to run E85? I believe it's 110 octane, and cheaper than regular gas and race gas
