Proving grounds?

Who's proving grounds are these? Maybe GM or Ford? We flew over last night about 9:00pm or so. My crappy cell phone picture was taken just south of Flint and is facing south by southwest at an altitude of 20,000~25,000 feet.

Bing Maps is AMAZING! You can zoom in further on the test track in "Aerial" view. Which kinda shows the whole thing. Or, you can go to "Birds Eye View" and it will take you as close at 25M above ground with a clear picture! The test grounds are labeled too along with the track names!

I wish I took my camera out when I flew through Detroit on my way to Orlando back in March. We flew over Ford's proving grounds and world headquarters. I could have had some REALLy sweet shots.
