Out of pure bordem I offered to do this project for a friend. I also wanted some practice. Its obviously overkill for a golf cart that will probably get crashed but oh well, its been kind of fun modifying it.....

Ryan, did you drive it?? I heard it's kind of a roach?? Sounds like it's gonna be a "show cart" pile of shit??

Is it really that bad?

With the front complete it was now time to focus on the back. The owner had told me before there were a few small scratches. This is the second time I have dealt with this shit from him. I think he needs to go to the eye doctor and get his shit looked at! He cant see anything!

Anyways, the good and bad thing about plastic, when its bent out of shape for any given time it typically stays messed up. The good thing, its only a torch away from being semi straight!

Again, this is a golf cart not a show car. I'm just trying to make the foundation as nice as possible for the paint.

Then it was onto the 23 holes I wanted to fill. I again took an easy route around this. I ground down the surrounding areas and placed a rivit in the hole. I will then fill and sand them. I didnt have enough washers for the backside so this will have to be completed tomorrow.

After going around the body, I figured it would be a lot easier with the back half off, so I turned this into a fram off resto. Hope he isnt in a hurry, lol
