Project After Hours 4V

Well this may not turn out to be the worlds fastest updating build thread. But I will keep it up to date, I bought this car about a month ago. Drove it home and then put about 10-15 miles on it when it started knocking in the bottom end. Initial plans were to replace with another stock 2v motor, But I came across a good deal on this 4v and said why the hell not! The car is a true stage 2 Roush so now it will have the power to go along with the handling. The only time I have to work on this thing is after a 10 hour work day at the dealership, and then another few hours in the other garage doing my side work, thus the desigination "After Hours"

So this is basically my start from last night.

Basically only got the radiator, and related items out last night. Probablly wont do much over the long weekend but if I do there will be pics.

Motor is very clean! Almost made me a bit nervous how clean it was lol. But pulled the pan and valve covers and everything looked good.

Thanks, I'm going to need it. You know you've got too much going on when you have 4 different build threads going on, on 3 different forums

whats up with the blazer you were working on that 3 years ago when i came to buy those headers off you? do you wanna sell it?

Yeaaah It's just kinda been hanging out lol. Was going to be my next project untill this one came about. I'm just gonna hang on to it untill it's time comes.

Well, Pulled the car out Friday afternoon to wash it up, Hate working on a dirty car. And then figured now would be a good time to fix the front bumper so got all that got the motor pretty much unhooked and ready to pull. Just have to get the trans out and undo the exhaust.
