Prime Rib

I have been craving a good Prime Rib dinner for some time. What are some of your guys favorite spots? I have always loved Clawson Steak House for this, but was thinking of trying someplace new. Thoughts?

J Alexanders or just make it yourself. Not that hard. I think Meijers has semi-boneless Rib Roasts on sale for $5.99/lb next week. You can usually get them cheap around the holidays.

Scotties in Ludington is by far the best Prime Rib I ever ate. J Alexander's is good, but at Scotties, you can cut it with your fork.

Everytime I go up there to go out on the boat, I MUST stop there.

I'm marinading 3 Venison steaks in Yoshidas sauce right now and it's going to be the best thing ever when it's done. It seems wasteful spending so much money on these restaurants when the best steak is made at home.

Mine from yesterday, 6.5 lb boneless ribeye roast:
