preparing for NOS setup

wet is way safer I didnt read all that long ass bullshit but how the fuck is the stock fuel system gonna provide enough fuel for a 400hp shot, it wont do it, you need a bigger pump and way bigger injectors and that will cause major drivability issues when you're not spraying it, most likely it wont run.

That and if Dry kits are so much better why doesn't all the 10.5, DR, heads up, open comp, and any other competative nitrous car use a dry kit instead of a wet fogger/ plate combo?


oh ok i forgot that you two probably know everything about nitrous...my bad:shake: And yes I have a dry kit on my car, and i have been in cars with wet kits...but if you knew how the dry kit worked versus a wet kit then you would know that a dry kit is safer...i never said you could get more power out of one but remember this thread is about spraying a stock 2v car not a full blown race car with a fogger kit. I was just putting my 2 cents in with what i know about the two different types. Yes with the wet you are adding fuel along with nitrous which decreases the chance of a lean condition...which also can cause fuel puddling which = boom no more intake. with a dry kit and fuel pressure safety switch it wont spray if the fuel is not there. But your right and im wrong and theres nothing a can do about it

so how are you adding fuel to compensate for the added nitrous with the dry shot?

Then bring your dry shot car to milan the 11th and line up next to my wet plate car and show my why yours is so much better

lol settle down my car only runs 8's ..i never said my car was the fastest thing just cause its sprayed...I dont even know what you got

they spike the fuel pressure to ungodly high psi whichs is hard as fuck on your pump and injectors.

ungodly?...not quite, you car runs at roughly 40-45psi..in a dry system it utilizes 2 solenoids for the nitrous and there is a nitrous regulator when the system is armed it will "spike" to 55psi......far from an ungodly amount and for maybe 10-15 seconds at a time...harmless to the pump and injectors. But if your going to spray over 150-200 then def. go with a wet kit:icon_mrgr

I spray my v6 with a 75 wet shot with a NOS kit. I do not have a window switch or anything like that. I bought the sniper kit which is like the super basic kit. Although, for safty, a window switch would be ideal on a daily driver. Also, a very good site to buy nitrous system stuff from is dynotunenitrous . com. They are cheap, and i know people who use their systems and products and have nothing but complimetns about them.....
