Powerhouse Gym

I was going to 16 and gratiot 4 days a week. I haven't been in 3 weeks now due to a work injury , but should start back up after next week.

So you have to grunt to get a good work out ??? Or is it hanging out with the clowns in the skinny sweats with the racerback tanks showing off their back zits from to much Dianabol that gets you a good work out ??? If you know what your doing the gym doesn't matter for my 20 a month both my son and I go twice a week get in a great work out plus get to check out all the bimbo's from Oakland U

I suppose it depends on which PF you go to. The one in Clinton Twp (by me) is not full of bimbos lol.

I go to Lifetime as well and have to say it's worth every penny; if you actually go frequently.

I go normally 3 or 4 times a week, $70 a month is a lot for a gym membership. I looked into the one on Hall Road and they wanted $150 to sign up. LA Fitness has all the same things, pools, hot tub, etc.

About the only thing that has me wanting to move to Lifetime is I am sure for the money there's no kids standing around on their phones in the way.

That happens everywhere tho. Kids and adults camping on machines fucking off on facebook or whatnot

My dad and I go, it keeps up busy and in shape because of us sitting all day long at work. I don't get out and do much anymore since my daughter has been born. Plus my dad and I get to spend time with each other. And yes, OU girls all day and night lol.

Just signed up at the Power House on Gratiot. They do have membership for $19 a month with a $100 fee up front. I just payed for one year in full for $275. Cheapest to do it that way if you can.

I go to this cool little place near my house that has a complete line of KEISER pneumatic machines. Super neat stuff and kinda hardcore. These machines go heavy and the weight is real. Resistance is adjustable on the fly with plus and minus buttons or pedals. Great for drop sets, ladder sets, and forced reps. On the power moves chest press goes up to 600 lbs, squat to 900 and the leg press to a crazy 1500+ pounds. I'm barely tapping the potential of this stuff.
