other than that, practice in large empty parking lots to start. Treat every car as if they cannot see/hear you. Stay out of car blind spots. Put the bike in Neutral at every stop light, lowers clutch wear.

Hell yeah. I learned on something similar when I was 3. My Grandpa made the bike for my Dad and he learned on the same bike...so yeah, mine was OOOLDDD!! My Grandpa made training wheels for me.

4 Stroke MX bikes suck, I always vowed that when they stopped making 2's I would quit riding in the dirt. Once my fourtrax 250r and atc250r were gone I officially retired.

Friend of mine has a 95 KX 500 and that thing is a beast. No one on the sand dunes could beat him in a drag race once he got a paddle on the back.

ya, i've bought a couple 250F's, 450F's, sold em all. nothing like a 250 stroke coming on the pipe.:thumbup: got 2 banshee's too. lightly modded, wicked fast. they're not really bikes, but i'll post a pic or two anyhow...
