EDIT. yeah, tripods own. i spent $280 on mine, and its bulletproof. manfrotto 488RC0 and manfrotto 190xprob legs. its stable as crap. i just put the camera on the tripod one time. then i just toss it over my shoulder and try not to smack the camera on anything.
yup, they're the "real deal" (i dont always use all 7. but i have them if i need them). my highlights are still blown out, and some of my shadows are really dark because like i said earlier, i up the blacks and whites, and lower the gamma. makes for more realistic shots IMO. some like it, some still hate it because afterall. it is still HDR.
i tried faking the funk, tilt shift style. but i dont have the right type of pictures for it. it'd work alot better if i was shooting down at something. from a rooftop or some place high up.
anyhow, daves M3.
matt's S. the bumper looks a diff color for some reason.
bobby's 300.
this one has the typical glow that alot of hdr shots have.
So... could anybody explain HDR to a non-camera user? Im much of of a picture "viewer" than taker but i would really like to understand what hdr is since im always hearing about it
honestly, i googled it. found a CS3 tutorial, and went by that. i have no idea how to do it now. i messed around with it for a day or so, and now im over it.
