My truck search started with Tahoe's. Its very hard to find a 4WD police in good shape that wasn't a K9 vehicle, or completely beat to shit. I was disappointed to find out the 4WD aren't pursuit rated before 2015. My buddy in Raleigh works for a county Sheriff and they had a supervisors 4WD truck that was being replaced that I had dibs on but it was in such good shape they decided to re-purpose it instead of selling it.

This Escalade kinda fell in my lap. I really didn't want a Denali/Escalade due to the cost of the suspension parts but this one has all been replaced within the last 2 years with all OEM parts.

Older man has owned it since 1998, was parked in 2015/2016 due to health reasons. its pretty much a time capsule, hopefully will have the fluids changed and it will be on the road soon.
