How many miles are on it? At less than $4k with a body that clean its a no brainer.

The frame! The frame, did you do the rust check on the frame?

Those were the trucks that Toyota replaced the frames on, some
of them. Toyota no longer replaces them.

I had mine done years ago. I still see a lot of those with near mint bodies
and rusted out frames or frames that were "welded".

Frame is in very good shape, light surface rust around some tabs, that's it... not even bubbling the paint

And they will still replace the frame if you bitch enough

Coworker of mine had his replaced probably 2ish years ago. He had it checked when the recall came out and was told it was fine. He went in for an oil change and wouldn't give his truck back. Was given a brand new Hemi Ram to drive while they waited for the frame to come in and get installed. He didn't even bitch to get it replaced. lol

FWIW... I went to the dealer today and got the service history for the truck. Frame was replaced in '09.
