Yes & yes, its just a little difficult to drive at night wearing sunglasses!

I agree. I use to drive those at work. Now I buy them for the family driving needs.
These still tend to be some of the best bargains out there. These two are kinda of rare
because they are both 4x4's.

Both 5.3's - they both run great!

The value / resale cost are just plain stupid
on these, I almost gave up trying to get one,

Picked these up last night from Best Buy. Paid full price for the center channel and half off the floor speakers and rear bookshelfs. I know its not the best line through Klipsch, but they match my two Reference subs and were cheap.

Klipsch Reference are about as good as you're going to get without dropping thousands on their Heritage or Palladium lines. Good stuff!

Curious what you paid for the 2 towers? Best Buy goofed up on a price for them about 3 years ago and I made them honor it. Ended up walking out of there with a pair of them for just under $500. Still need a center channel, sub, and the rear speakers. Ive been procrastinating lol

$225 a piece for the fronts and they're normally priced $450 each. The rears bookshelf speakers were half off too so I grabbed them even though I dont have space for them at the moment.

I would buy them now if you can and complete the set. Every speaker in this set is half off besides the center channel, subs included.
