By 1994, I was standing outside a bar having a smoke in a shitty area of Syracuse, because they didn't check ID, when a guy walked by with a Super NES in a plastic grocery bag. 2 controllers, SF2, Fzero and the power transformer still warm. $20 later, I never paid to play SF2 again, and he probably bought a few rocks for that $20.That was my game. I used to play in tournaments back in the early/mid 90s. The video store in the neighborhood had tournaments every month and me and my buddy used to clean house. Most times it came down to me vs him.

Shit, $20 for a SNES and a couple of the best games for it back then was a bargain. I'm sure he got himself a rock.

Times have changed i just sold a snes and 6 games for 295.00
People love retro gaming these days. I remember back when you couldn't even give away a NES, let alone SNES.
Good lord, are these specific games and/or consoles with something special about them? Might be time to liquidate my old stuff!
