Can you use any .45 round for that, or do you use a subsonic round like 9mm?

Any .45acp round will work.....typically, 45acp is inherently subsonic, especially 230gr fmj, but if using it on .300 blackout, they typically only support subsonic rounds of those.

This suppressor in particular has been very popular since release less than 2 weeks ago, I have a bunch of orders for them, as well as Silencershop transfers inbound....

No, current production. You never buy Pre Ban HK Roller Locks you buy current clones and a registered sear; you can swap the sear into any Roller Lock HK style and you dont devalue the original production stuff; thats next on my list
