The market is insane right now, sold our house in 18hrs for over list, bought this 3hrs after it hit the market.

its the amazing amount of free cash out there, alot of the people buying houses right now shouldnt be, sub 600 credit scores, its nutty. I went through it in May-june was out bid on a house by a person doing a RD Loan, house is still on market

We bought at around $150/sq ft at the end of 09. Sold the same place for $215/sq ft, went north in a high market and got $115/sq ft.

So yes, prices are all over the damn place. I feel like we robbed a bank after we sold for what we did.

Buyers of our house had to put it in the wife's name only because husband had poor credit. They signed, I got my check, I could care less now..but was worried as hell before it went through.
