Its new in the box, I will dissassemble it and clean it replace the bearings, Buddy is building the box right now, plan it to have it handle 50 hz and below, the subs from 50-80hz and the midbass above that

Grab a RTA and run some pink noise so you can see which frequencies are boosted from the confines of the car, then adjust the EQ accordingly to smooth it all out.

What about a line array for the center channel? You can run a larger number of small drivers, get higher efficiency, and still produce good mid-bass due to the total amount of cone area. You can probably position 8 1" drivers easier than a box with an 8" coaxial...plus you get much better sound coverage.
