How much of a PITA is the osmosis system and filter to install? Talking from a house already done. One of the things I wish I had put in my house now.

Not a huge deal at all... A GOOD system goes $280ish... But that comes with the filters and tanks and storage unit... Do you have a basement in GA?

Nope. In order to have a basement down here you have to have the ability to walkout. the only place I could have a walkout and build left in this neighborhood was backing up to the retention pond. Didn't want anything to do with that. My water all comes in through the Garage.
