ive been on the hunt for a 38 gooseneck for a good deal but cant find anything that isnt beat to shit or isnt expensive

Mine is in the beat to shit category. A little TLC should do the trick. Not sure on measurements. I have to pick it up still.

I have to get my CDL for work anyways but it's not required as previously mentioned. It's also just under the 65' length bogey which is nice because Michigan has been bothering people lately and the law isn't crystal clear for 65'+ rigs.

wait, you don't need a CDL to drive a rig like that for "personal" use? i've always wanted an old peterbilt or something. i want to DD a semi truck.

thule stuff needs to be about 1/2 the price.. thank god for used stuff, because i prob have $700+ worth of the stuff.
 
That's awesome! Fuck, our 8.1L Suburban gets worse mileage than that towing a 28' trailer. Usually around 8-10 depending on how much weight there is.

It could be an advertising gimmick. lol me and Pat will check it out on our 1320 mile journey back home with it.
