I love the harmony remotes. I have the 1100 and bought my dad the One for Christmas last year. The only downside appears to be the chargers. My dad's didn't last a year and reading online seems like it's a common flaw. The way they charge is pressure on two connectors. If for some reason it's not pushing down enough on the pressure connector it doesn't charge. On the upside, my dad's was less than a year old. He called and explained the problem. WIthout hesitation, they shipped him a new one overnight.

I have the same charging issue with mine, it might sound stupid but wrap tape around the charger and the remote overnight so that it is secure in the cradle, it will charge and be good for a week or so
