Added a Nikon sight and two more magazines. I do need to get taller rings to move the sight up some.

With a scope, should have got a flat top upper.

Fixed front sight blocks the scope too much imo

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person that loves peep sights :lol:

I don't mind iron sights. Shot with them at 200/300/500 Yards for a long time. A scope does make things easier though.

Flattened top of slide & serrate, Serrate rear of slide, Straight 8 Night sights, Bobtail Frame, Flush cut & reversed crown barrel, Bevel cut slide stop & flatten pin, Medium Flat Chambers Custom trigger, 3 1/2" pull, Has VZ OP II super scoop (faux Ivory) grips, Sarge's,REAL Pre Ban Ivory grips coming. 15 LPI front strap checkering, 25 LPI rear checkering. I will be breaking it in this Tuesday.

George you have some of the nicest 1911's I've ever seen. It's because of your collection I bought my ruger 1911( no comparison to yours) but it's a start. Keep it up lol.

1911's are an addiction to me. I think the next one is going to be a 6" longslide, 10mm, High Polished Blue slide & small parts (Looks like a Navy mirror) with color case hardened frame, with French Walnut grips. Will take about 1 year to have it built, so I better finalize it soon, in case Mrs Doubtliar get elected.
