Looking to rent the old one?

Already got one. We own a couple of these places and they go immediately. Current lessee at another wanted to break his lease so I told him he could list it and we wouldn't penalize him, it was rented less than 12 hours later at $1650 a month, signed with the security deposit in hand. Rental market is strong. Without Fannie and Freddie perpetuating the disaster rental rates will return to 35%.

be very careful with those on the street, EBC's quality control is horrible and they have a tendancy to seperate from the backing plate. And for the love of god NEVER take those on track.

EBC was giving away pads a year or two ago. I didn't even get them for free. Saw a thread about it somewhere. No one else sounded like they were going to take advantage either.

Looks like it. Need to tighten the chain and swap to a 3 piece crank and a better sprocket. Don't want to snap one, been there done that. I dig the red on it. Do that, though, and it only makes sense for triple wall wheels etc.

I dont think so, but it may be. I had the first release Detour after they stopped making the Air, and it had different handlebars and seat stay.

'99 Compe. i also have a '96 Compe i got new.
the chrome one is just for school. i'm not planning on changing anything else aside from the pedals. you get a severe case of "slippery when wet" with the stock plastic ones.


and this is my old one. before i tore it down.

maybe i'll just steal the pedals off that one.

No pictures, but I did buy a flag pole and american flag and have it hanging off the front of my house and lit at night. So far it appears I am the only one in my neighborhood whom is patriotic enough to do that. Oh well!
