What nice beaches are in your area?? Looking for a beach to go to that isn't in my area. :smokin:

Theres a beach behind the mall at the north end. A state park/ beach 20 minutes north in lakeport, and Lexington has a nice beach

fort gratiot park has a pretty nice beach. and not too packed usually. avoid lighthouse beach, lakeside beach is always PACKED on nice days, lots of dirtbags, but also some nice eye candy. lol. the water is nice, but kinda rocky the first 50 or so feet from shore.

lakeport state park is nice. theres two seperate ones you can go to. they are both about the same quality wise. the one further north you have to be a camper at the state park to access the beach.

lexington has a nice beach, but not nice enough to make the extra half hour drive. unless you like the scenic drive. which is enjoyable. if you do go to lexington. do not leave without going to steiss's and getting pizza. its the best pizza around here imo. very very good. its right "downtown" lexington, south of the traffic light, and on the east side. you cant miss the sign. parking is out back lol
