Poker Run

'm thinkin...
meet up at a Canton Car Cave ...
$20 per car ....
run out US12 stop at 5 cool places along the way with Great Photo Opportunity's draw a card at each stop ...
Finish at The Dark Horse Brewing Company .... Best Hand Takes the Pot

head home from there ....

possible dates..
May 18
June 15

1 deck of cards per 5 cars
in case of a tie ... tie breaker ... winners play a hand of 5 card draw .... winner takes all

So you gotta know how to play poker? I didn't know it actually involved poker. I've. never played.

I think it would be safe to say, that in a poker run, the cards call themselves. You wouldn't have to know how to play, just show your cards. That is generally up to the organizer, though.

I dunno ..... I'm guessing ... the more the merrier.... 20-30 cars ?

I want to drive my car ... not have it sit in a parking lot

I guess I better sit down and map the whole thing out .....

Thanks! Sounds fun!! I've never done one. Might be a decent day to get the bikes out also for the two wheeled folk.
 
This is a pretty cool idea, I have never done one by land only on the water. If you have never done one Pm me and I can give you any advise you'd like based on my experiences. Most of the time they have a charity component attached to them, not saying you'd want to or have to especially on a first try.
 
Looks fun and passes through my area. Michigan Avenue is nice just past Saline. Not sure if timing works out for me.
