Bastard! I was looking for an E30 for a solid 4 months and ended up settling for an E36. Looks clean! If ya don't mind me asking, what did ya pick it up for price wise?

Nice find Matt! How long did it take you to find it? Good friend of mine just picked up one almost exactly the same except it's a 1988 and it's not nearly as clean. He had a hell of a time finding one at a decent price that wasn't ragged out, and even then he had to settle quite a bit and repair way more than he wanted to.

Indeed. It's super fast....
As if you needed the chick repellent.....
Psh, I make anything look good. But, yes. Women hate it. :(
Nice whip!
Thanks!

$2600, already ordered lower control arms because the drivers side lower ball joint is toast. Needs new rear shock mounts. A/C doesnt work, and the sunroof is um IN place. Stupid bastards. It's not perfect, about a 20 footer or so. The paint isn't the greatest, zero shine to it. I need to get it looked at and see if it's all all possible to make it look decent.

Thanks! Took me 5-6 months to find it. In Dearborn too! I was ready to get one shipped from Cali because people want outrageous prices for garbage here. I feel I got a really good deal, considering what's 'wrong' with it.
Looks clean for sure. Seems like expensive upkeep :D
Thanks Joe! We'll find out about upkeep. I dont think it'll be too bad. I've seen numerous cars like this with original motors with 350,000 miles.
Better stock up on heads, gaskets
Head gasket looks to be changed already ;).

why was the HG changed?? seems odd.

heads and gaskets?? just replace the TB and water pump every 50k and it'll go forever.

i just blew out a strut in mine last week...a stock one from 1987.

they just don't make cars like they used to. it's also a real shame that most companies don't use high quality parts anymore.

That's what the guy said when I bought it. I didn't look at it too close though. I'll have to look again.
Damn.. thats a hell of a price!
That's what I thought, and why I picked it up. It rides hella nice too.
Grrr. DO WANT!!
Clean car...

Good luck on getting parts for it for a good price... :icon_lol:
Thanks. I'm not really worried about parts. I'm not expecting to be changing a ton. Plus, if I do then so be it. Wouldn't be much different then changing parts on another car. It all comes out in the end. Just gotta know where to get them.
