Picked up a new DD

got rid of my navigator, and I missed driving something with some balls so I thought this would hold me over til its nice enough to bust out my cobra:cool:

Slick dude, I dig those.

There was one at Lapeer when I was up there running low to mid 14s. I can't remember if it was awd or rwd. There was also one running low to mid 13s, he wasn't stock though.
 
thanks for the compliments, it feels like a low 14 sec car I guess. Plenty for a dd until I get bored with it
 
High 14's AWD with slight mods. Had a friend with one and he was consistently doing 13.99's. Think all he had was a CAI and built trans/stall (3500?)

Thats why I went for this one, seems like every single one on the road is black. Not that I don't like black cars but I like to be different and black isn't the best color for a daily driver IMO. A quick google search turned up stock truck times from high 13s to high 14s. Maybe I'll take it to milan this spring and see:shrug:

Those are nice. They do sound cool. 6.0L's are badass motors. I love the one in our work truck. Even with a 2500HD truck, it pulls HARD.
 
Nice score! I have been watching for a good deal on one. I would like to upgrade from my 99 blazer to one of those. We'll see what comes along. My dad has been watching the auctions as well.
 
bbbbeeeeaaaaassssttt. I know they're very quick stock, but I hear they can be pretty surprising with just a few mods. Even if you keep it stock - its a beast of a ride

My tune/CAI/Corsa truck runs 13.6's all day long even with my fiance' driving it ;) Dig the truck, same color too!
 
Nice DD, don't mod it too much if you like a decent fuel economy though. My AWD ran a best of 13.79 with just a tweaked tune and stock everything.
