Picked up a "New" daily driver LOL!

Thats a bad bitch. I had an 84 Grand Marquis that I drove for 2 years. Car rode like a caddy. I second the turbo idea :D

I used to have an 88` crown vic and an 85` grand marquis. Ive always had a soft spot for these type of cars for some reason. This one has been the most fun to drive though out of all of them. The other two had 302`s in them. This one has a windsor. Its a big difference going from the 302`s to the windsor. The extra torque is a welcome bonus! As far as the whole turbo idea, if i put a turbo on anything it will be my mustang.

Yeah the 302's are a bit underpowered in them. I worked at a Midas when I had it, We were pretty slow at times so I think I changed the exhaust on that thing like 3 times. I put sidepipes on it, then just a dump before the axle, finally I put tailpipes on it with 4" tips on the back  I ended up rattle canning the whole car black with white doors, and put a nautical star on the side. A cop pulled me over once and thought it was a real cop car and asked if I had family in law enforcement. I wish I had pictures of that thing. Best $300 I ever spent
