Pretty nifty because it installs the minimum that's needed to run the software you want and keeps out the bloat of a full Raspbian install. Easy to use, too
Been using it for a couple weeks now. It's ok, been using it in conjunction with a browser ad block so not sure if it's really adding anything at this point as far as speed goes.
A lot of ads still get through, and it displays either a huge amount of blank space where the ad was or else a "page not found" error where the ad was. A lot of websites get blocked entirely depending on what server list you use too.
