Sounds like you downloaded CS4. Find CS4 Portable and you wont have that problem.

no ive had cs3 forever on my computer and the other day i just went to start it up and some thing said i didnt have adobe lisence or permission or some bullshit idk so i just uninstalled it and its currently re-downloading.
