What is the average gain that people see on a GT40 intake manifold?

Don't know about a GT-40, but I lost power and TQ with a 1" on my TFS-R intake. Needless to say it came right back off.

The runner on that intake is already pretty long.

Depends on the mods. I don't think you will see much gain either way. I had one so my taller motorsport valve covers would work.

X2 I use one for the same reason, tall valve covers. If I did not have tall VCs I would not have got one.
