Ok heres my deal and I am looking for some help on this one....

I snore pretty bad and my girlfriend cant stop complaining about it. She says that it keeps her up at night and she cant sleep. What can I do to get this under control?? I've tried breathrite strips and sinus meds, no luck with either of them at all. Need some help guy, what do you have for me??
 
Have you been checked for sleep apnea? Many people in my family have been diagnosed with this and it cured their snoring. Not to say that is your problem but it couldn't hurt...

I also have this problem. I use breathe rite strips (you have to make sure they're the correct size or they won't work correctly), and I also take some pills called snore stop. you have to take one 30 minutes before bed, and another right when you go to bed. They are chewable tablets and they don't really have a taste to them. My fiance says they seem to work as it seems to be worse when I don't take them at all. I usually get them at CVS!

try sleeping on your side. helps with my sleep apnea and snoring.

So the pills stop your snoring or just reduce it?
 
Go see a sleep specialist. If you have apnea it's bad on your heart. Denitsts can make appliances for this and help out, but I would consult a sleep doctor (an MD.) I have apne and my life is a lot better since I did somethig about it. I am also enrolling in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine to learn more about helping people like you and me.

Thanks, ill look into this.
 
My dad had the surgery, it IS outpatient, and it did help a ton.. The surgery is like getting a nose job, two black eyes, and such
 
My brother had something like this done. They broke his nose and literally took a drill and opened up a few holes. I guess the tools they used didn't look any different from what you have in your tool chest.
