oxygen sensor simulator

there is only 1 o2 and there is true dual exhaust. it was the way i bought the truck

but a sim can't be used
they are for downstream only
they are used to drop the voltage a little to make them think there is a 02 and cat still installed

there is only 1 02 sensor on the whole truck.


what would cause the system lean then...
