Overflow hose leak on '01 Sable

I guess that's what this hose is, the smaller hose going into the top is split a bit at the base.. There's a conventional clamp right in front of the T where the leak is, but I dont see anything that looks like a clamp behind this area.

There's a ton of hoses behind and below this connection, I hope I don't have to remove 8 things just to replace whatever needs replacing here.

Can anyone tell me what needs replacing and how much grief it's going to be?

I'm in White Lake. The number on the hose didn't bring anything up in a general search, but I guess that's the number I'll need.

Just as I'm getting ready to sell it too, still gets over 25mpg. It's a wagon if anyone's interested in it, $3K

maybe some of that radiator hose duct tape stuff will hold til you sell it, lol. i do not condone this behavior btw

I did find this thread that I guess is about a leak in the same area I'm talking about where a guy suggests fixing it with a threaded hose barb..

I stopped by the Ford dealer in Fenton since I was going out that way, and asked the service dept how much... The guy just says, "Oh maybe a couple hours.." Don't they use some sort of predetermined rate for repairs anymore?

Something like, "The book says it'll be 1.36 hrs for that Sir" I asked him if he was happy just taking a wild guess, and he started verbalizing all incidental things that go along with just the install.

Fixed it for $5 by drilling out what was left of the piece that broke and epoxying in a section of brass tubing. Good as new.

Added a new coolant recovery tank too

:)
