Outrageous shipping cost on e-bay

I haven't used Ebay in forever. Do people still list low prices and outrageous shipping because the fee isn't applicable to the shipping?

no they fixed that.

i very rarely use ebay. you pay top dollar for everything. no reason to get anything there over amazon. Even their prices on used items are crap. Always higher than what you can get at a swap meet or flea market.
